The International Federation of Red Cross has sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Health through John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation (JAKF) with the support of the Member of Parliament for Twifo/Atti-Morkwa Hon. Abraham Dwuma Odoom who is also a member of JAKF.
The MOU which was signed two years ago has now taken the roll of operation for effective economic development.
Their aim is to improve the red cross in Ghana by providing logistics which seems to create jobs for youth in Ghana and Africa at large.
Hon. Kwaku Agyemang Manu, Minister of Health also commended the team for their tremendous effort in facilitating this project.
Hon. Abraham Dwuma Odoom, MP for Twifo/Atti-Morkwa Constituency in the Central Region and member of the John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation (JAKF) joined the team from the International Federation of Red Cross in signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
The Minister of Health who appealed for the team to support his ministry with logistics such as Ambulances said they will collaborate with the John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation (JAKF) to make the project succeed.
Twifo/Atti-Morkwa was lucky to have Hon. Abraham Dwuma Odoom to part to be part of this negotiations and will be the first person to benefit from any logistics such as Ambulance which will be presented to the health ministry.
The President of the International Federation of Red Cross Dr Fatoumata Nafo-Traore together with his team paid and some members of the John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation ( JAKF ) visited the minister of health Hon. Kwaku Agyemang manu at his office to show commitment for the project.
