The Ghana Education Service just organised an aptitude test for teachers nationwide, interested in teaching in the various Senior High Schools, as a result of the Double track system just last week, with a promise from GES releasing the results before selection and subsequently release appointment letters.
This is after, Teachers nationwide have been made to sit for the National Teaching Council licensure exams due to a condition that, preference will be given to teachers who sit for the exams.
Unfortunately, teachers got the shock of their lives, when they woke to realise a GES appointment letters in circulation on social media.
Although www.ghananewsalert.com can not confirm the authenticity of the appointment letter or its source, it reads that, the Director General has approved of your appointment to the APAGYA COMMUNITY DAY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL of the Ghana Education Service with effect from 1st October, 2018.

This has gotten teachers talking with others insinuating GES has given some people unfair advantage over others in the selection process
According to the teachers, they have been fooled, into waiting patiently for the results whiles letters are been given out at their blind side.
Dorothy Odame, an applicant of the GES recruitment who spoke in an exclusive interview with www.ghananewsalert.com , appealed to the Ghana Education Service to respond to the issue with immediate effect to put to rest the speculation if indeed the letter is a faked letter or not.
In the mean time, teachers who participated in the GES just ended aptitude test will have no option than to pray and hope that, they are selected in addition to those already selected.
